All communications with File Fortress™ occur over a secure channel. We support
the highest level of encryption available, a 256-bit encrypted Secure Socket

Encrypted Messages and Attachments
Message body text and file attachments are all encrypted on our servers using
industry-standard AES encryption, a
Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) approved encryption
algorithm.

Message Attachment Expiration Dates
You can set the expiration date of e-mail attachments on a per message basis or
use a customizable default setting for all messages. When the expiration
date is reached, the attachments are removed from our servers but the original
message remains.

Three-Part Log In Authentication
Log In Authentication and Verification requires users to enter their E-mail
Address, User Name and Password.

Centralized, Secure Message Retrieval
Messages are not sent to recipients directly. Instead, they are stored on our
